Then look no further because Papakea K303 has it all & more. This highly renovated third floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo is in the K building, only one building back from the ocean, allowing for full 180 degree views from the stunning sea all the way to the majestic mountains. Take in the sunsets from your private extended balcony & enjoy watching the whales jump in the winter while you sip your coffee. This unit has easy access to parking & is only a few moments walk from the heated pool & beach. This condo can accommodate 6 guests. Papakea K303 has been recently renovated with new floors, counter tops, cabinets, new appliances & a big screen tv in the living room. Each of the 2 bedrooms has their own TV & new double pane windows. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit along with tri-zone air conditioning in the living room & both bedrooms. The open Kitchen & Living room area allows you to enjoy the ocean view from inside the unit. The kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster & blender along with counter seating & plenty of room to cook your meals. There is also a seperate dining table with 4 chairs. The living room has a new big screen TV & a queen size sofa sleeper couch, independently controlled air conditioner & access to the lanai with its own dining table. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, a ceiling fan & its own independently controlled air conditioner. The secondary bedroom has King bed along with a TV, ceiling fan & its own independently controlled air conditioner. Both bathrooms have a shower & tub combo & there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. We do not supply a safe with this unit. Full access to all of the amenities of the Papakea Resort. A fee is charged on checkin by the front desk not included in quote.

Neighbourhood information

Resort will collect a per day Facilities Use Fee of seventeen dollars which will be payable to the front desk upon check-out. This is not included in your reservation fees. Facility Fee includes Usage of: Pools, Cabana's, Shuffle Board, Tennis Courts & Putting Greens Including Equipment Rental. The Papakea Resort is a beautiful, oceanfront, property at the North end of Ka’anapali beach. Papakea has 13 acres of tropical gardens with palm trees, koi ponds, swimming pools and spas. It is also equipped with lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and 2 putting greens for your enjoyment. (Equipment available at the front desk.) Easy parking right behind our building! You are walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee houses, a fantastic fish market, local farmers market and shops. Famous championship golf courses just a 5 minute drive North to Kapalua. Old town Lahaina is a 10 minute drive South.
