This Galveston waterfront home is right off the Causeway as you enter Galveston on Laguna De Oro. Quick access to the bay for water activities like fishing, boating, or swimming. We offer a strong Wi-Fi signal and Roku tv, with reduced rates due to no dock access. The new improvements include floors, new paint inside and out, and updated appliances. The house features a large porch overlooking Laguna De Oro with a beautiful sunset. Another thing to note is that after your booking, could you please verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest, The link will be provided in the booking confirmation details sent to you after the booking takes place. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Teichman Point is the name of this quiet peaceful neighborhood. This neighborhood is very friendly and quiet because it is tucked back behind the Galveston causeway right as you enter the island. What I love about this neighborhood is no matter what going on in Galveston you will always have peace and quiet. However, if you want to take part in the activities then you are minutes away from all that Galveston has to offer. This is a great getaway if you are looking to unwinds from the stressfulness of life or for a family funfilled vocation. Most guests park right on the driveway behind the black gate. Plenty of parking behind the gate or on the concrete driveway but please don't park on the street. The best way around the island is by car but also if you like I have taken UBER from the house to events around Galveston. That way I don't have to worry about parking.
