You'll have access to 100 miles of lakeshore for fishing, swimming, and water skiing with the marina only a two minute drive from the home. There's even a fish cleaning station at the home for any lucky anglers bringing home a fresh catch! A nearby marina and boat ramp offers convenient water access with a marina store. Local wildlife fill the area with horses, bighorn sheep and more. Luxe leather sofas, an ambient electric fireplace, and a smart TV set the scene for casual downtime in the living room. The gorgeous full kitchen comes well-appointed for gourmet mealtime inspiration, along with a BBQ grill. House Rules - Bunk bed is a twin over a full. - Please note: the Marina will have limited inside and outside dining during peak season. -The driveway is 60' long and can accommodate a boat and trailer.
