The Parkton Place is a the perfect destination with a blank canvas located near Fayetteville, NC at a privately owned 5,000-sqr-ft home on a 30 acre equestrian estate w/ horses, donkeys, pigs, llamas, & dogs. The grassy lawns, large water feature, rustic barn, & spacious terrace offer many photo opportunities. Receptions can be held under rented tents. Owners open their private home for extended weekends in the home’s 6+bedrooms, gourmet kitchen & contains well-appointed get-ready suites.
I’m a mental health professional who uses her animals & farm to help people overcome their challenges. If I’m traveling, it is for work or typically with my horses and/or dog(s). We also offer this home/estate for weddings and events!
Parkton Place is situated just outside of Fayetteville, NC. 15 minutes from the Fayetteville airport. Although rural, Parkton Place is 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and other places to stay. Parkton Place is a 5000 square foot home with additional mother-in-law apartment and 2-bedroom barn apartment on the property. 1-acre pond for swimming, kayaking, sitting on the dock, or laying on the beach. Make it a complete farm experience and spend time with the horses, donkeys, miniature cows, goats, pigs, chickens, alpacas, dogs, parrots, etc. There is also a wooded trail on which to escape the business of your event. You need a car. We have a car, truck and 2023 bronco available for rent.
