Paso Robles is located half-way between San Francisco and Los Angeles along beautiful Highway 101, making it close to many of the Central Coast's hot spots, including Hearst Castle, San Luis Obispo, Lake Nacimiento, Morro Rock, Cayucos, Big Sur, Pismo Beach, the art galleries of Cambria, and the spectacular beaches that span our beautiful coastline.

The largest of four distinctive units "on the park" in charming downtown Paso Robles, with all that downtown has to offer right outside the front door. Descend by elevator or stairs to restaurants, boutique shops, wine-tasting rooms, brew pubs, movie theater, concerts in the park, and so much more. Crisp, clean decor and furnishings bring upscale quality to each well-considered detail. Specialty linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and robes enhance every aspect of your stay. Full kitchen with coffee maker, apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and full oven/stove top make this truly your home away from home. King bed, queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and dark-out blinds complete the interior amenity package. Unique to this suite is the private back patio for cocktail hour, with no park-facing balcony, sipping wine at the end of a fruitful day of wine tasting, or simply relaxing with friends. Take advantage of this private deck overlooking parts of downtown, with comfy couches to lounge on, an umbrella for daytime relaxing in our classic, sunny climate, and an unobstructed nighttime view of the stars. Every detail is anticipated and executed with superior quality, combining city living and small town charm all in one perfect location. Digital sound system on site, ready for you to hook up to your personal playlists. Ice maker and laundry area available to all guests. On-street parking only, no assigned parking. Single elevator onsite. In case of maintenance issue, use of stairs may be required. City Permit #STR19-0292. Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. Parking: The downtown paid parking program is currently suspended and downtown parking is unlimited and free.
