Garden like setting located at the foothills of Petit Jean Mt. overlooking the Arkansas River. Perfect for a family gathering. Grounds include an in ground pool, fire pit and huge boulder water falls. Main house has three bedrooms, three baths. Guest house has three bedroom and two baths. Property has a private boat ramp for easy access onto the AR River for fishing, kayaking & canoeing.
