Experience a peaceful and entertaining stay when you book this charming home with a river in the backyard! This well-appointed retreat is surrounded by lots of nature, allowing for a relaxing escapade. Located just two miles from Bethel Island, which is a beautiful place to visit, you are just a short drive from many entertaining attractions, including Frank's Tract State Recreation Area (great place for fishing and boating), Russo's Marina (another great spot for boating and fishing), Bethel Island Golf Course, Dow Wetlands Preserve (hiking and birdwatching), East Contra Costa Museum, Contra Costa County Fairgrounds, and Bethel Island Park.
This home boasts a spacious and remarkable outdoor space that includes a firepit, an outdoor dining area with picnic tables and a gas grill, a basketball hoop, and a private dock. Inside, you'll find a modern open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The welcoming living room offers cozy sofas, a record player with a vast selection of vinyls, and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you up-to-date with your favorite series. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances and utensils you need to channel your inner chef and prepare exquisite homemade meals. Additionally, there are smart TVs in two out of three bedrooms, a washer/dryer, and a covered outdoor dining area for your convenience.
Things to Know
Please note that sirens go off at 11 a.m. every 1st Wednesday of the month.
Boats are not available for guest use.
3rd bedroom is not connected to the main home.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
