“Peaceful Horizons”, as it is affectionately known, is a one-of-a-kind property located in the gated community of Leatherwood Mountains. The property offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Peaceful Horizons is comfortably decorated with all the amenities desired for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway. With a fully appointed kitchen and large living areas and spacious deck, there is room for everyone (sleeps 8) to relax and simply unplug. All three bedrooms feature queen beds and full ensuite bathrooms with their own private decks offering stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The property is remote but fully equipped with high-speed internet and wi-fi throughout the home. The home is conveniently located near Wilkesboro (10 miles), Blue Ridge Parkway (10 miles), and Boone (20 miles). Peaceful Horizons is convenient to Charlotte airport with a scenic 2-hour drive to get you there. NEW – Now sleeps 8 adults with addition of SLEEPER SOFA in the Game Room. Most comfortable Sleeper Sofa you will ever use and simple to operate too! Lots of updated amenities such as new linens, new appliances and new cookware for the family chef, new board games, puzzles, and books for relaxation.
