Updated and peaceful retreat in Big Trees Village with free access to the Big Trees Village HOA recreation center (with 2 pools, games, snack bar, sand volleyball, horseshoes, playground and more)! This beautiful, updated cabin has all the amenities to enjoy a special Sierra getaway, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space for families (and Fido too)! Gather in the large open great room while enjoying a hot meal cooked on the smoker or propane BBQ. You have a full sized billiards table and ping pong to keep everyone entertained for hours! Peaceful Pinecone is only a quick drive to all the local attractions such as Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, and more. The spacious new deck with hot tub provide a perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air all year long! Peaceful Pinecone sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 offers a Double bed along with a bunk bed (2 Twins), and Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed. The first 3 bedrooms are located on the main floor. Bedroom 4 is the primary ensuite upstairs and boasts a King bed and private bathroom. There is another full bathroom with laundry on the main floor. Amenities: Access to BTV Rec Center, WiFi, TV, Billiards, Ping Pong, Hot Tub, Wood Stove, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Smoker (BBQ), Washer and Dryer, AC in master bedroom. Linens and towels provided. Maximum 10 guests. Dogs Welcome (2 max), no smoking, no check-ins on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
