Please consider our lovely landscaped property. The whole property is gated, with a code to get in as well as your private space. No sharing. We live in the front house and are available to help with bags or other concerns. Easy free parking. No cancellation fee. Pet friendly. And can offer massage for you or a couples massage. We are a chilled group and enjoy having guests. We have now three cats and a boxer dog for my special needs brother who is a peaceful gent, downstairs from your space. Max the dog has his own area to protect you and everyone on the property. If your pooches like other dogs, all can be arranged. My brother can even watch your animal if are gone for a long stretch for a nominal fee. Look forward to hosting folks from around the world!

We are artists and live the artist life in terms of hosting barbeques and reading outside in the courtyard. I work at home Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so am available for any needs. Your privacy is guaranteed. I do a million things. I wish I had more time!

Lots to do in Los Angeles's mid-city. We are close to everything and can walk to the grocery store. Walk around the corner and catch the K Metro Train to the beach, downtown, USC, et all. More lines are being built as we speak. Other projects will be coming to Leimert Park that will wow the neighborhood. Slowly becoming gentrified, which is a good thing. Very safe area.
