Located in the Woodbridge Condominium complex, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers walking access to the Village Shuttle and the handy trail system that covers the town. Enjoy the alpine air on the balcony while sipping your favorite beverage. Perks include dual suites, a loft, and a fireplace. The stylish living area offers an electric fireplace and a TV. The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a commercial waffle maker, as well as ample counter space. When it’s time to dine, there is seating at the kitchen bar and dining table. This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the living area, and a loft with two twin beds. Two suites each have a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the alpine air on the balcony, fitted with a gas grill. The Woodbridge Condominiums community amenities include a complimentary Village Shuttle and trail system and complimentary high-speed WiFi. This two-story condo is on the second floor - elevators are not available. The property is not equipped with air conditioning. Take the convenient network of trails from your condo to prominent areas in town, including the base of Snowmass Ski Resort. The complimentary shuttle bus also stops steps from your door. The complex is also very close to the grocery store, liquor store, post office, and two restaurants. THINGS TO KNOW The pool and hot tub will not be available from April through December 2023. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: Unassigned parking is available in the open parking area Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter.
