It is located in the heart of Aventura steps from Aventura Mall, Turnberry Golf , the Aventura Circle, Restaurants and Walking distance to the beach with incredible ameneties. -Please understand, we are humid tropical climate You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray monthly in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, or guests leaving the doors open or shutting the AC therefore, we do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. Complimentary parking!
