There is one bathroom and nice size deck off the kitchen and 1 bath,nice size deck off the kitchen, outside shower and best of all this home is walking distance to a family friendly bay beach with a lifeguard and playground plus rest rooms. Or walk to the ocean beach which is just 2 blocks away. In the heart of Ship Bottom you can walk to ice cream, shopping, dining and miniature golf. Easy access on and off the island and a reasonable rental rate makes this home perfect for your next vacation. Four (4) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner (And Four beach chairs) , for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, badges are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of any missing or lost badges. Tenants have access to a nice, big backyard, and a deck with seating furniture. It s only a short walk to the Bakery, Mini-Golf, and the Playground at end of street. There are outdoor chairs, tables, umbrellas, bicycles and also a Kayak that tenants may use. For 2023 New Carpet, Bed and TV CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday.
