Located in the heart of Ship Bottom you can walk to ice cream, shopping, dining and miniature golf. Easy access on and off the island. Plan one night to walk down to the bay and watch the sunset something worth seeing while you are here! This house is being offered reasonable rental rate makes this home perfect for your next vacation. Four (4) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of any missing or lost badges. "Street Parking for 1st floor, if 2nd floor is tenant occupied.
