Property information

This is a two-bedroom two-bathroom unit that can sleep up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, the master has a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, while the guestroom has a shower/tub combo. The balcony offers views of the bay and pool and lazy river. This property offers numerous amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, water slide, kiddie pool with slide, tennis court, fitness center with sauna, and so much more! ***PARKING PASS FEES SUBJECT TO CHANGE*** Important Things To Note: Renters must be at least 25 years of age. A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property. Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). According to the ADA "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities" "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

Phoenix on the Bay II is located on Canal Road in Orange Beach, Al. It is a bayfront property, the closest public beach access is located at Cotton Bayou which is approximately a 5-minute drive (3.7 miles) from the complex. Numerous restaurants and activities are in close proximity - The Coastal Arts Center and children's playground are 1.5 miles from the property. Coming from Interstate 10, take Beach Express to the toll bridge. Turn left on Canal Road and go approximately 5 miles. The complex is located on the south side of Canal Road just past The Phoenix on the Bay I complex.
