Set in the Gulf-front Phoenix VI complex, this two-suite condo is steps from the sand - take the boardwalk to the shimmering shore! Relax on your corner balcony and take in sweeping Gulf views. Choose from indoor and outdoor pools for a refreshing swim. Play tennis under the lights in the cool of the evening and finish the day with a relaxing soak in the hot tubs. Enjoy a variety of shopping and dining options in Orange Beach and off East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. Kids and adults alike will love the waterslides and pools at Adventure Island, only 5 minutes down the road. Hit the links at Orange Beach Golf Center or hike along Gulf wetlands on the Cotton Bayou Trail and the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. Gulf State Park offers 6,500 acres of trails, beaches, and freshwater fun on Lake Shelby. Make yourself at home in the Gulf-view living area, appointed with a sofa bed and a TV. Whip up beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a kitchen bar. Dine together in the quaint dining space or alfresco. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and an in-home washer/dryer. Phoenix VI is undergoing an elevator modernization project during off season. This will take approximately 29-30 weeks. Two of the four elevators will be shut down at a time. Please be aware if you are planning to visit Phoenix VI between August 12, 2024, and March 10, 2025, of this important Association project. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Parking passes must be purchased on-site at the front desk (55 dollars each; price subject to change). RVs, trailers, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on-site. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
