New to our rental program, we welcome you to this cozy one bedroom beachfront condo with amazing views. Floor to ceiling windows with views of the white sandy beach and turquoise waters of the gulf. Orange Beach has some of the prettiest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This building has an abundant of amenities which include a large out door pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis court, racquet ball court, fitness room and sauna, BBQ Grills, basketball court gazebos, and 24/7 security.

This unit is located on the eighth floor of the Phoenix VII building located at 26802 Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach, Alabama. Phoenix VII is approximately 1.5 miles west of the intersection of Hwy 161 and Perdido Beach Blvd. Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. From I-10, take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express and travel for 18 miles to turn left onto Foley Beach Express. In 13 miles turn left onto Alabama's Coastal Connection/ Canal Rd. In 3 miles turn right onto AL-161 S/ Orange Beach Blvd. In 1.7 miles, turn right onto Perdido Beach Blvd. In 1.5 miles Phoenix 7 will be on the left.
