The name says it all! PierView 308 offers stunning views of the Atlantic and is located just south of Jennette's Pier in Nags Head. This 2-bedroom condo is a top-floor end unit for more privacy and the best possible view. The living area leads out to a private oceanfront deck where you can watch the sunrise, listen to the waves crash, and enjoy the ocean breeze. This oceanfront condominium provides guests with direct access to the beach, as well as a community pool. Family-friendly features include a kiddie pool and playground.
PierView Oceanfront Condos are situated at milepost 17 near Whalebone Junction, a unique location where you can easily head south towards Hatteras, over the bridge to Roanoke Island, or north to a variety of shopping, dining, and attractions in Nags Head. Walk or bike to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, take a short drive over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.
