We found this property in 1991 and had the cabin built for our summer Flyfishing Business. We chose it for the views and spectacular sunsets and open space. Its quiet,private and is a special place to relax,enjoy nature and get away from a busy life. Its close proximity to Yellowstone National park makes it an ideal destination. The town of Livingston is Artful and laid back . It is a railroad town and has a lot of good restaurants The town of Livingston is also known to be the Center for Fly-fishing. It is near many Rivers and private Spring Creek Ranches for Catch and Release Flyfishing only. All the trees and shrubs on the property I planted from bareroot cuttings and I have watched them grow since planted in 1992. A big fire came through a few years back and I lost many pine trees and shrubs but some are growing back and I replanted some new ones in 2014

I have been a Registered Nurse for 40 years and I love my job . I have been at the same local hospital my whole career . I enjoy traveling,gardening and outdoor activities. I have traveled extensively in South east Asia, China, Tibet and to Central and South America.

The neighborhood is part of a ranch that was subdivided years ago. Most parcels are 10-40 acres but ours sits on 5 acres. It is a family neighborhood with a horse ranch to the West.
