No exceptions!! - Absolutely no smoking in room or on balcony! - One parking space allotted and only one permit provided. - No pets allowed - No check-ins on Sunday in June or July. - No early check-in or late check-out - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Amazing studio, 7th floor Condo on the north side of Pirate's Cove overlooking the Dunlawton Bridge beach entry has the most incredible views of the ocean, beach & river - and your walk on the beach is just steps away! The oceanfront pool is directly on the beach allowing you to bask in the sun while enjoying the beauty of the beach. Dine alfresco on your private balcony while you enjoy the sounds of the evening tide. The longest of days melt away when such a picture perfect paradise awaits you! This unit as been completely remodeled and tastefully decorated throughout! The unit features a King size bed with a 3" MyPillow 3 layer mattress topper, trundle pull out sleeper sofa for small people/kids, "treasure chest" with things to do on a rainy day,

*****Please note, BUILDING AMENITIES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool & kiddie pool). Pirate's Cove Condo Assoc. released that the pool work is targeting an Oct 2025 reopening date, completion remains subject to city inspections and weather conditions. (subject to change).

The Pirate's Cove building has some after effects caused by the previous hurricanes that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storms. Per Pirate's Cove management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does NOT manage OR have any control over the Pirate's Cove building (OR) its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay OR if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door at Dunlawton beach ramp. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable.*****
