The fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the condo provide the conveniences of home while on vacation. The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Enjoy the 4th of July and New Year's Eve firework displays put on from West Ocean City, Seacrets, and Northside Park, all from your private balcony! The main bedroom offers convenient access to the private balcony as well. It also boasts an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Things to know High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. There is cable in the living room and in the spare bedroom The fireplace is non-functional. Pool is on the 4th floor. Guests must have pool bands on. There are 6 pool bands for this home. There will be a fee of 25 dollars.00 if bands are lost or stolen. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
