The top-level living room offers an inviting spot to unwind and rest after a thrilling day exploring the area or swimming in the pool. Spread out on the comfy sofas and stream a favorite series on the smart TV with streaming services. From here, you have access to two screened porches, which allow you to watch the morning sunrise on one and the evening sunset on the other - this is truly the perfect spot to create long-lasting memories with your loved ones! The gorgeous open kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to whip up the most delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go for the group. This home has four inviting suites, each with a private bath and access to a covered deck. The primary bedroom even includes a desk you can use as a quiet workspace to catch up on some remote work before retiring to bed for the night.
Additional amenities that will make your stay unforgettable include an on-site washer/dryer, a convenient elevator, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station with a sink, and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
