Treat your family and friends to something special with your next New England voyage. Tucked away on Massachusetts' lovely Plum Island, this breezy home is just a short distance from sandy beaches and stunning natural beauty.
Nestled five miles eastward of the town of Newburyport, your home sits in the serene seaside community of Plum Island. Quaint houses, bright blue skies, and the lapping waves of the Atlantic await you on a property near the island's north side, with the unique advantage of being close to two sources of water. Just a few moments west is the lagoon created by the outflow of the Merrimack River, featuring boats bobbing gently in the waves. To the east, meanwhile, lies a vast stretch of soft, golden sand and the Atlantic Ocean.
When you're not relaxing on a bench or lawn chair outside and watching the clouds lazily drift through the sky, you can head indoors to relax. Naval paintings and models are scattered throughout the home, providing a nice aesthetic. The color scheme further reinforces the open, airy atmosphere, with soft yellow and cream colors throughout. The living room is painted in a calming shade of light blue. Take a seat on the leather sectional sofa and enjoy internet access, as well as cable on the flatscreen TV resting on the unique wooden bar ahead.
The nearby kitchen features multiple doors to the fresh air outside, with granite countertops and modern appliances awaiting within. Get to cooking and dish up the fruits of your labor at the wooden table for six by the windows. Don't worry about cleaning up - just leave it to the dishwasher!
Thanks to a twin-size bed in a sleeping nook and two full bedrooms, six guests can enjoy this home at once. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed for couples, while the second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed for kids or a young family. Wake up and use the coffee maker to enjoy a piping hot mug of your favorite blend, then wash up in the sole bathroom's shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
