Quiet Neighborhood, part of an outstanding community with many amenities. There is parking on the premises, and there is parking everywhere around here, as communicating anywhere by car is essential. That being said, it is plausible to walk to the nearest lake or dog park, as it's about a 10-15-minute walk. There is a community center with many activities, but this is an additional cost that is charged by the community directly.
