Set among the vast evergreen wilderness of the Sierra Nevada mountains, this home's location affords unmatched access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing, and boundless other outdoor activities. Plus, it's 26 miles west of Yosemite National Park, so lace up those hiking boots and hit the trails! In the winter, you can head to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort (54 miles) or Black Oak Casino (27 miles). Full of mountain home charm with wood panel ceilings, forest-themed decor, a sunny deck with an awning and panoramic pine tree views (and a distant view of the Sierras), plus a nice wood-burning stove, this lovely abode is cozy and comfortable. Modern conveniences include a washer/dryer, modern appliances, a cable TV, and WiFi. Whip up homemade meals in the ample kitchen with its stove, oven, microwave, and other appliances, plus cookware and generous counter space. Eat together at the breakfast bar or at the six-seat dining table. If the weather calls for it, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the deck. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
