Poipu Sands 437 is a spacious, updated condo with a large lanai with an expansive ocean view, perfect for watching turtles, dolphins and whales (in season). It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a bonus lanai with mountain views. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped. Poipu Sands is a beautiful property with a pool and a tennis court, next door to Shipwreck Beach, the Grand Hyatt and Poipu Bay Golf Course, and a short walk to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach.

Poipu Sands is part of the larger Poipu Kai community in Poipu. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and there are sidewalks and great views throughout. The Grand Hyatt is directly east of the property (we can see its fireworks shows from our front balcony), and Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach are just a short walk west. We love walking around Poipu Kai. And there are many restaurants and shops nearby! Parking is plentiful. You can walk to beaches and around the beautiful Poipu Kai resort, and The Grand Hyatt is right next door.
