Conveniently located in a quiet wooded area near the golf course with the bike path right across from the home, and the SHARC facility a quick two minute walk from this home with endless activities! This is the largest model of Pole House available, and with three stories of fun and relaxation, you can’t help but truly feel on vacation in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of home. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace with leather seating that invites you to sit and- stay while watching the flat screen television. The kitchen is right next to the living room, so entertaining is a breeze and even the cook can watch that big game on the television from the kitchen and not miss a single play. The dining room is just off the kitchen and provides a great gathering place for your meal or playing games. One of the decks is just off the dining room and features a BBQ that rivals the neighbors and plenty of patio seating for gathering around and enjoying the beautiful weather Sunriver has to offer. A credit card will need to be updated and provided to the property shortly after the booking is confirmed to be on file for all incidentals. Property check-in details will not be released until this has been completed.
