Poolside Paradise is a 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to stores, beaches and restuarants. I live in the house as well. Beautiful private backyard with large pool and flower gardens. Inside is very comfortable, artsy. Two separate listings; one room with queen bed, and the other with 2- single beds, and a small pull out trundle bed. This room can accomodate 3 people at the very most, and there is an additional charge for the 3rd person. The two bedrooms have a shared bathroom w/shower/tub. This is why I cannot accomodate more than 4 people total staying here so everyone can use the bathroom. The bedrooms both have their own mini-fridge, and I offer coffee, juice, milk, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, and some fruit, for you to help yourself to breakfast.
I have a visitor center set up in the living room with brochures and menus for local restaurants and events. I love music, gardening, art projects, kayaking, , sunsets. I have been hosting for 6 years and love interacting with the guests. I have made some great friends this way.
Quiet HOA neighborhood, safe for walking at night. 6 miles from Navarre beach,and many restuarants between here and beach. Grocery store 3 minutes away.
