This home is a blend of southern comfort and coastal charm located in the heart of the historic district of Port Royal. It’s perfectly situated within a 3 minute walk to local restaurants, cafes, museum, Port Royal Sands Beach, Cypress Wetlands Boardwalk, 5 minute drive to Paris Island Marine Recruiting Depot, 8 minutes to the Marine Corp Air Station, and 10 minutes from Beaufort Historic District. Book with us today to enjoy the comfort of true southern living, island style! The property provides a spacious den area great for family and friends. A relaxing living area giving peace and quiet. The kitchen is centered in the middle of both the den and living room allowing for good conversation and laughs with a clear view both ways. There's a comfy dining room area with a view of the backyard. Three bedrooms all allow for the perfect rest with a spacious third bedroom located in the back left of the house. The flex space has an exercise bike for a quick workout and a piano for the enthusiast and several games for family fun. This home has 2 full bathrooms.
