The fine print
This is our family vacation home, so we ask that you treat it as you would treat your own. Here are our house rules: 1) Absolutely no smoking of any substance anywhere on the property – inside or out. 2) No parties. This is a family home in a residential neighborhood. We want our guests to enjoy time with family and friends, but we cannot accommodate more than 10 people on the property at a time, and no guests are allowed in the home beyond those listed by name on the Rental Agreement. 3) No pets. We love animals, but sadly due to family allergies, we cannot allow pets of any kind in the home. 4) No firearms, fireworks, candles or other hazardous materials. For safety, none of these are permitted on the property. 5) The host may use exterior security cameras to monitor activity outside of the home. 6) Confirmed Guests will be required to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of US$300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
