The main living space is on the first floor of the home, where you'll find the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and a half bathroom. The living room offers a welcoming atmosphere that invites you all to sit down, relax, and enjoy an entertaining time with good company. Here you'll find a sleeper sofa with a queen-size pull out mattress, a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and two armchairs. Right next, the dining area is open and offers a gorgeous dining table that seats up to six lucky guests. The open concept, fully-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, custom cabinets, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar with counter seating for three. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom offers a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with elegant fixtures, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV–each of the TVs in the home comes equipped with a Roku streaming device.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
