The Lavaca House offers an open and spacious living room and dining room, making it the perfect space for amazing dinner and cocktail nights! The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer luxury bedding and mattresses that provide an optimal and comfortable night’s sleep after the long days of enjoying Canyon Lake. Easy Check-In Process We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of USD1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to USD1,500. The waiver is USD62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional USD1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
