Welcome to Saucier Way! Located in Wilmington, a short 3.5 mile drive or bike ride to Wrightsville Beach. Just inside the gates of this private 6 acre estate you are greeted with the twisted branches of Southern Live Oaks as you drive down the driveway to the main house + guest house. Designed to entertain inside & out, perfect for large groups & families! Pool (can be heated in winter months for extra fee), basketball/pickle-ball court, large play-set and ultimate privacy in a prime location!
This property is not in a neighborhood; however it is gated and on a private road. There is only one other home on the property that is also rented.
