Experience vibrant co-living in this fully furnished home! Enjoy your private room with an ensuite bathroom, along with access to shared spaces including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. Ideal for students and working professionals, the home is conveniently located near campus, restaurants, and public transportation—making city life easy and accessible. 1575 W 35th Pl is located about a 4 mins drive away from USC campus and the Village! It is also located a 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive to the Expo/Western Metro stop, one of the major Metro stops that takes you to the USC campus and all the way down to Santa Monica beach! All units come furnished and utilities are included. Please note: Bedding, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies are not provided.
