Relax with the whole family after a long beach day at Blue Bayou, 3-bedroom home in the quiet neighborhood of Prehistoric Parque Narvaez. Fall in love with the beautiful oak trees and tropical plants that surround the property. The backyard and patio are perfect for hanging a hammock, enjoying the evening after a day at the beach, and sipping a cocktail. Home is within walking distance with neighborhood access to Abercrombie Park, a picture-perfect picnic spot!

This hidden and historic neighborhood in modern St. Petersburg is called Parque Narvaez. Nestled against the shores of Boca Ciega bay, this neighborhood is quiet, walkable and close to everything. Get on the Famous Pinellas trail, for a morning run or bike ride. Escape into the sands of Madeira beach, via a 10 min drive, or explore the arts and culture of Downtown St. Pete and Gulfport, all in a 15 Minute drive. A historic neighborhood, with unique landscaping and a true Florida feeling awaits. Parking in driveway for 2 vehicles. Nearby Pinellas Trail for biking, running, and walking.
