Private house is 400 sf in a quiet town Kimberly. Free parking, entrance . Less than 1 mile to the grocery store, gas stations, schools, post office, restaurants, coffee shop. 3 miles to Chobani and Cliff Bar Factories. 6 miles to shoshone falls. 10 miles to Twin Falls airport, Hospital, Perrine Bridge, magic valley mall. stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer & dryer, full bath, queen size bed, futon, soft water, TV and WIFI each room. EV charging will be available soon.
