Private Studio inside a Camper/RV. Free parking space for 1 car. Express bus goes from the house straight to Time Square 42st & 8ave) FASTER than subway ride from BK or Queens. 5 minutes from Newark Airport, Kean University, Beth Israel Hospital, 15 minutes from Prudential & Harrison Red Bull Arena. Our promise: EASY automated self-check-in, clean, safe & we NEVER cancel :-) The RV has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, small stove and small dinning table. Sleeping area has one full-size bed and TV with Amazon Fire-stick. The compact full size bathroom has a small toilet, stand up shower and small vanity. The RV has lots of storage space and wardrobes. Other things to note: •BBQ grill is a shared amenity with other guests. •Hot tub fee 50 per night, use must be schedule upon booking and set up is depending on weather. •Backyard and parking area are shared with other guests and owner.

The neighborhood is really quiet, safe and diverse (American, Portuguese, Brazilian and Latin American). Trust me, you will need a nice and quiet place to rest after you are done exploring New York City. There's a Walgreens 2 blocks from the house to buy basic items and a Dunkin Donuts for a quick breakfast.
