2 - 4 Blocks from brand new Billion Dollar Vassar Hospital over looking the Hudson River. 1 mile trip to Westchester Hospital and 12 miles to Northern Dutchess Hospital
3 - Walking / biking distance to Metro trains from to New York City to Albany
and only 30 to 90 minutes to local and International Airports
5 = Walking distance to down town Restaurants, Night Clubs, Micro Breweries, Theater, Art Studios, Stores, Gyms, Salons, Civic Center, Post Office and Gov't services.
6 - Close to all Historic Parks, walking or biking distance to Hudson River Walkway and 30 mile Bike or Walk rail trail.
