With a prime location right on the Wallowa River, this is a place to return to year after year. This base camp is located on the lower level of a large home with its own private entrance down two flights of stairs - think mother-in-law apartment in reverse.
Sometimes the river is really moving along - soothing sounds you can take in from the large concrete patio with plenty of lawn and dining furniture. When you step inside, the bedroom is on your right, the bathroom in front of you, and the living/kitchen/dining area to the left. The bedroom has plenty of room and the newly remodeled bathroom has beautiful tile work in the shower stall. The living room and the kitchen have been recently updated as well. Having everything you need in one place makes this the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring Wallowa Lake.
The natural-yet-maintained yard is big enough for the little ones to play in, but please note that it does open right to the Wallowa River without a fence. When you're ready for a break from the sun, the interior stays nice and cool in the summer, as it is a daylight basement nestled in the trees.
Comfortable furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, nice large windows, and a newly remodeled bathroom are just a few of the amenities you'll love.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Seasonal BBQs are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
No cable service, but there is a media streaming device/DVD player.
You must be able to go down two flights of stairs to access this home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
