We refer to ourselves as the Grandski's which is a combination of our last names. Brandon and Becca, Matt and Katie are the owners and good friends. We love to enjoy the property with our large families when it is not being hosted to our valued guests! We have a desire to provide a well rounded experience to all our guests that would suit our families as well. We aim to treat others as we would want to be treated and live out our Christian faith through the hospitality of this property.

Experience the renowned fall color and glistening water as you kickback on the patio with a fresh cup of coffee or enjoy the convenience of your boat docked on-site as you head out for your next big catch. -Private cabin w/ 1 bedroom equipped w/ full bed -Secluded front room w/ full futon -Pullout couch with full bed -Fully stocked kitchen -WIFI and TV antenna -Private outdoor seating/fire pit -Grocery/restaurants/gas/ATM 1 min drive -Popular diner, public beach, and jungle gym across street Cabin 1 is tastefully designed yet simple. We love the exposed wood in the front room. This cozy cabin is centrally located to many area attractions and best for those low frills travelers spending most of their time exploring the pristine area yet still seeking modern conveniences and a comfortable place to stay. While we take a great deal of care for the places at Alpine Resort, if you're seeking a perfect flawless place or are super high maintenance this is not the place for you. The location is beautiful; there is a breakfast/lunch diner, public beach, and jungle gym right across the street.

(seasonal) -Beach/play structure across the street -Grocery market/2 restaurants (one on waterfront/one pizza takeout)/gas station/ATM ~1 minute drive -Newaygo State Park and the famous dragon trail (hiking/biking/etc) ~10 minute drive -Dragon Trail/Hardy Dam ~10min drive -ORV Trails ~15 minute drive -Newaygo Brewing Co ~12 minute drive -Coolbough Natural Areas/hiking ~10 minute drive -City of Newaygo (fast food, canoe rental, hardware store, grocery, etc) ~12 minute drive -Boat launch ~5 minute drive IMPORTANT NOTES: -For people over 6’ tall, the shower will be a little inconvenient and short for them. -This is a resort with 4 separate buildings being rented however there is still plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the grounds, reference overhead photos if you have questions on layout. -The cabin is located on a busier road which does cause some daytime noise. -The cabin is well insulated however the front room being all windows does get a bit colder, however extra blankets are provided.
