This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled into the quiet Standish neighborhood, just 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Blocks away from the light rail and easy access to the bus and bike lines make this updated home conveniently located for downtown events, the airport/MOA, the Chain of Lakes, and many more Minneapolis highlights. This newly renovated home features an open-concept main level, updated bedrooms, bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy some morning coffee on the open front porch swing during the warm months, or time with family and friends on the backyard patio! Plenty of cozy seating areas in the home, and a roku television in the family room. The kitchen offers a full complement of kitchenware, spices, etc, so if you want to eat in, we've got you covered. If you want to dine out, you are in a great neighborhood! Great local breweries and coffee shops nearby! Atuvava Bakery and Northbound Smokehouse and Brewpup are only half mile away. We have other rentals nearby too, if you are looking for larger or smaller accommodations. Please reach out if you have any questions - we're here to help!

This great rental is in Standish Neighborhood in South Minneapolis. We are only blocks away from the lightrail (public transport) within a few miles from Abbott Northwestern, HCMC and the University of Minnesota. Near the bus line and blocks from the lightrail make our home easy access to downtown, MOA and the MSP airport. It's just a few miles to Lake Nokomis, Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska, and Minnehaha Creek. Minneapolis is very easy to navigate. You can walk, bike or use easy metro transit or ride share throughout the metro area. The city is friendly to both cars, biking and walking.

Guests are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided upon booking, as well provide us with a copy of your government-issued ID, and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These are required within 3 days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation, or your reservation will be canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.
