multi-level home nestled in a residential community, perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle for adults only. 2 adults live upstairs, separate entrance. Mt Ashland Ski resort is 20 minutes drive, Rogue River, water rafting, Kayaking & Ski boats. Lake Emigrant 10 minutes drive, Quint stores & great restaurants, coffee & wine bars, wine tasting shops, wineries such as Bella Fiore, Grizzly peak and many more. Hiking trails just above, Lithia Park. Shakespearean summer daily. OSF Green show & live music
I travel for work and when not working, exclusively like to travel all over the world. Love to meet people from different background than ourselves and enjoying hosting other people as well. We enjoy good conversation and wine on our relaxed times

We are about 8-10 minutes drive into Ashland downtown Shakespearean Festival. 45 minutes walk into town for avid hikers. quint stores, Lithia Park for a picnic and relaxation under beautiful nature. 3 minute walk to the head trail of PCT trail head from the house. Surrounded by many wineries including Belle Fiore Winery Grizzly Peak Winery, Irvine & Robert’s Vineyard, Weisinger Family Winery to list a few. Great food and live music most days. Rogue River, Emigrant Lake for water rafting, boat riding. Mt Ashland for Skiing season.
