Centrally located on a quiet, safe & beautiful street near booming downtown Alpharetta. Simply a 2 min drive (10 min walk) to downtown & <5 min drive (15 min walk) to Avalon where you can enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, shopping & more. Access to 400: 5 min from exit 10 / <10 min from exit 11 Desk, white board & strong Wi-Fi are there to get a little work done if needed. Home is 100% renovated in November 2021. Beds are comfortable. As this is a duplex, there is only one (quiet) neighbor
I love hosting and I (and my past guests) think I do a superior job than a hotel. I have lived in Alpharetta for 10+ years and I love this town. It really is a special place. I have lived all over the country - coast to coast and in between, but I am now here for good. I have a family and dog that I travel with and I know how important it is to have a relaxing home to stay in.
Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, green belt for walking and nature, and a short distance from the highway to take you downtown. Walk to downtown (10 minutes) or Avalon (15 minutes). Two parking spaces available plus street parking.
