    The house has plenty of rooms with beds. The dinning room has three tables with many chairs that all of us can fit in and enjoy meals together.

This spacious three-story 7-bedroom, 7-bath is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the peaceful community of Quillens Point, approximately five miles from Bethany Beach. This spacious home, great for entertaining an extended family or large group, offers an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen featuring two dishwashers, ample space for cooking, a center island, six bar stools and a dining table that seats 10. Five decks, community paths and a playing field directly behind the house. The first level offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a TV/lounging area and many games for entertainment - great for children! The second level features the kitchen with an adjacent screened porch, living room and office area. On the top level, there are four master bedroom suites. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, ping pong table, books, board games, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License # THINGS TO KNOW The community marina is not available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
