Mar Vista is an up and coming West Side neighborhood. Lots of cute restaurants in walking distance. Extremely safe all times of the night. Close enough to beach to head over for the day. Far enough to avoid the congestion. Ideally located next to multple freeways and only 10 min drive from LAX to catch your flight.
