Wall-to-wall windows showcase amazing 180-degree ocean views and Short Beach Trailhead is just 50 yards from the front door. Along with a walkable location near the beach, you'll also enjoy quick and easy access to Cape Meares and the community of Oceanside where you can find even more awesome beaches and a couple of great cafes. Panoramic ocean views abound from the living room and the second-floor balcony, providing serene vistas for the entirety of your stay. The main living area is bright and open, with vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings providing a roomy space to gather with friends or family. Stream shows and movies on the smart TV, gather around the dining table for meals and board games, or set up your laptop at the counter to catch up on some remote working using the free in-home WiFi. For some added entertainment, challenge guests to a few rounds of Ping-Pong. The full kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and accessories to easily handle home cooking. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
