Central Oregon is waiting to be explored at Lodge Condo #31! Situated in a resort-style community, your condo boasts direct access to numerous pools, hot tubs, athletic courts, a gym, a sauna, and an on-site golf course. Nearby, there is no lack of places to explore with neighboring Sisters and Bend being just down the road. During the winter season, you'll adore the area's peaks for excellent shredding opportunities, whereas the sunny season brings scenic hiking, swimming, biking, and sightseeing.
Back at your stay, get cozy amidst the comfortable living room seating while you stream your favorite TV show or engage in some competition over a board game. The updated kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and wooden countertops. Off this space, you'll have access to a private washer/dryer.
The bedrooms are equally relaxing, both adorned with mini split AC units, soft linens, and personal smart TVs. A private gas grill rounds out the condo's magnificent amenities.
Lodge Retreat #30 can be added for additional bedrooms and an extra bathroom.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs are allowed in Black Butte Ranch. No parking of RVs, motorhomes, or trailers of any kind is allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
