We live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and love exploring the Texas 290 Wine Trail. As enthusiastic supporters of our local wineries, we are proud members of many! If in-person assistance is needed our host is a short drive away and will assist when needed.

Ranchers Estate is a quiet established neighborhood with lots of 1 acre or more. It is less than 1 mile to downtown. Take a stroll around the neighborhood and enjoy the calm country life. Public transportation is scarce in Johnson City. Be prepared to walk, bike, or drive to your destinations. Fredericksburg does offer taxi, Uber, and wine shuttle services as needed.
