“Property was easy to find and we were able to get in on time. The house is spacious and well furnished inside. Tasteful artwork and modern amenities. Beds were on the soft side but fairly comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice and the water...”

Built in the 1950s and thoughtfully renovated, this true mid-century modern 3000 sq. ft. ranch is tucked away on a lush 2.5 acre lot on a tree lined street in the heart of the desirable Buckhead area. Located in Wesley Battle (the safest neighborhood of Buckhead & Atlanta) while still being 10-15 minutes from downtown, midtown and nearly all major ATL attractions. We’re thrilled to share this architectural rarity and it’s collection of masterpiece art and thoughtful interior design.

As a native of Atlanta, I’ve grown to love this thriving city with its vibrant creative scene to its early American history and beyond. Wesley Battle is a safe and fascinating neighborhood, filled with beautiful unique homes and bursting with history. We love to walk, bike, and drive through the area and admire all the interesting buildings and natural beauty. The best comfort of all is being so centrally located and within a short drive (especially travel during non-peak traffic hours) to hundreds of amazing sites and incredible food! An added bonus is being less than 20 mins from the Atlanta airport making it a breeze for coming in and out during your stay. Atlanta is a commuter city and a car is optimal to get to all the key areas. You’ll find good parking options for most locations! Public transit is also available called MARTA which includes a bus system and rail system. Additionally, Uber & Lyft are very responsive and easy ways to get from place to place!
