Magnificent home settled in a protected conservation area backing onto pond with all of Floridas natural wildlife. Enjoy the peace and quiet of being away from the tourist areas but close enough to easily get too. You will have sole use of the 3 bed 2 bath duplex within our own vacation home, no one else will be there when you are here. Enjoy floating around on the large pool in complete tranquility. Baby chairs etc for you to use on your stay. Pool is solar heated in the cooler months, you can always check the pool temperature with us before your arrival.
We are an English family and have owned our holiday home for 20 years. We have done many improvements over the time and love visiting the house and our lovely neighbours. We are central for everything here but far enough away from the hustle of the tourist areas to enjoy a peaceful relaxed holiday which we want you to enjoy too as we cannot be there all the time.
Our subdivision has just 38 homes nestled in a conservation area but close to all amenities and within easy reach of the parks.
